Whether you need help with a misdemeanor or a felony charge, we have the knowledge and experience to assist you. Our team is available 24/7 to answer any questions and provide support throughout the bail bond process.

So you’re probably wondering if this includes payment plans. Yes!

Most bail bonds are set after a person is arrested and sees the magistrate. Once the magistrate sees and speaks to the defendant (and the arresting officer) a bond amount is chosen.

You can expect to pay anywhere from ten to fifteen percent of the bond amount. At Apex Bail Bonds our Guild bail bondsmen always try to charge the lowest rates possible.

Fact About Apex: Did you know we charge the lowest rates allowed in Virginia? That’s because we’re licensed in two states and aren’t going to charge more in North Carolina for the same bail bonds service.

Some bond companies charge prices you can’t afford, causing your loved one to miss time with their family and possibly lose their job… or even their home! Not at Apex. Our bondsman offers the lowest rates in the area (unless something beyond our control, such as a failure-to-appear or insufficient collateral, usually just someone with proof of employment who’s willing to sign for the defendant (which means guarantee they will get the defendant to court).

At Apex, we only charge 10% of the bond amount!

PLUS…

At Apex, we offer bail bond financing!

For example, if the amount of your bail is set by a magistrate at $10,000, then our bondsmen will take 10%, which is $1,000. Our bail bondsmen take payments, too! Our general rule of thumb is half down and half later on most bonds. So you only need a $500 down payment on a $10,000 bail bond in Guilford County, Rockingham County, Alamance County, Davidson County, Davie County, etc.

FAQs About Bail Bond Services in High Point, NC

A bail bond is a financial guarantee that a person will appear in court as required. It allows someone who has been arrested to be released from jail while waiting for their trial.

When someone is arrested, they can pay the total amount of their bail to the court to be released. If they cannot spend the total amount, they can work with a bail bond company to pay a percentage of the bail amount (typically 10-15%) and secure their release. The bail bond company then assumes responsibility for ensuring that the person appears in court as required.

To get a bail bond in High Point, NC, you will need to work with a licensed bail bond company. You will need to provide some personal and financial information and pay the required percentage of the bail amount.

Anyone can get a bail bond, as long as they are willing to pay the required percentage of the bail amount and agree to the terms of the bond. However, certain factors, such as the severity of the charge and the individual’s criminal history, may affect the availability and cost of a bail bond.

If the person who was released on bail fails to appear in court as required, the bail bond company may be needed to pay the total amount of the bail to the court. The company may then attempt to locate and return the individual to custody and may also pursue legal action to recover the bail amount.
